Every ERC garment is produced after purchase to maintain a more intentional process and reduce waste. Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days.

We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by ERC or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled under the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in Alberta, Canada.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
